All order payment processing is completed 'Off Site' within the secure enviroments of our payment processing partners PayPal or Google. We do not receive any details or keep any payment information on site or within our databases.

Delivery
Delivery Time Scale:
We know once you’ve completed your purchase, you are eager to receive your order as soon as possible. Please check the product description for order dispatch estimates. Applicable to the UK Mainland Only.
Delivery Cost:
We offer Free Delivery on selected items. and a discounted Delivery rate of £4.95 on all other items (this rate is applied to each order as a whole and not per item: so if you order a number of items from us in the same session you only pay one delivery charge). Applicable to the UK Mainland Only and excludes Offshore Islands and Scottish Highlands.
Delivery Service:
Shipping is usually via Royal Mail or City Link Courier and deliveries are made Monday-Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm. We reserve the right to use any third party delivery services at any time we deem necessary.
International Orders:
At this time we only accept orders from within the UK.
Returns
Our Returns Policy:
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us may be borne by you (depending on the circumstances).
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
If the goods are incorrect or damaged on delivery we will meet the cost of return (but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier). Depending on the weight and value of the goods we may ask you to return the goods via Royal Mail or other Courier Company in which case we will reimburse your costs upon receipt of the goods. Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit.
We will also replace or exchange any such goods; or refund you for the price paid including delivery charges. In all other circumstances we will exchange the goods or refund you the amount paid (excluding delivery charges) only.
We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
