Our Policies

UK minimum trade orders of £250 are required, orders over £500 receive Free Shipping.

International minimum trade orders of £500 are required, Free Shipping is not available on International orders.

Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order within 3 working days and will contact you immediately if we are out of stock of any item that you have requested.

Shipping is via:

Royal Mail Parcel Force (for UK and International orders)

We reserve the right to use any third party delivery methods at any time we deem necessary.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

All deliveries are checked prior to pick up, we cannot be held responsible or breakages on route.
